УНЦИНАРОЗ (UNCINARIOSIS):

ЭТИОПАТОГЕНЕЗ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ


ЭТИОЛОГИЯ: Uncinaria stenocephala: паразит - 9-16 мм длиной и 0,21-0,37 мм толщиной.
ПАТОГЕНЕЗ: механическо-травметическо-токсическо-аллергийно-дистрофическое воздействие на пораженные органы и весь организм.

ОСОБЕННОСТИ:

Локализация: тонкий кишечник.

Прямой цикл развития.

Клиника: анемия слизистых: гипохромная, гипоцитарная: эритропения, апатия диарея: тонкого кишечника, эозинофилия, кахексия, лейкоцитоз
Проба фекалиев: положительная - наличие яиц Uncinaria ctenocephala, гипоглобулинемия, гипоальбуминемия.

Суммарная клиника:
1. Аускультация сердца: Тахикардия, увеличенная ЧСС
2. Бледность видимых слизистых
3. Взъерошенная шерсть
4. Генерализованная слабость
5. Дегидратация
6. Диарея, понос
7. Истощенность, кахексия, неухоженность
8. Кровавые фекалии, гематохезия
9. Мелена, черный цвет кала
10. Необычный или зловонный запах кала
11. Потеря телесного веса
12. Рвота, регургитация, эмезис
13. Темный цвет кала
14. Тенезм. потуги
15. Угнетенность (депрессия, летаргия)

Диагноз: основан на:
- анамнезе
- признаках
- позитивной фекальной пробе : Uncinaria stenocephala.

ЛЕЧЕНИЕ, РАЗВИТИЕ И ПРОГНОЗ:

ЛЕЧЕНИЕ:
- Tetramisol
- Mebendazol: 22 мг кг пер ос 3 дня с пищей.
РАЗВИТИЕ: острое, подострое.

ПРОГНОЗ: при своевременной диагностике и адекватном лечении - благоприятный.
