ПРОКТИТ (PROCTITIS).

ЭТИОПАТОГЕНЕЗ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ

Этиопатогенез.
Это неспецифическое воспаление слизистой оболочки прямой кишки, связанное с воспалением анальной и циркуманальной желез, часто переходящее одно в другое - и проявляющееся одинаковыми симптомами.

Симптомы.
Животные испытывают болезненность при дефекации, часто вылизывают задний проход, крутятся, чтобы достать до заднего прохода, садятся и трутся о землю - вынужденная поза езда на санках .
При осмотре у них обнаруживают гнойные выделения из анального отверстия и образование паранальных свищей по периметру ануса, что отличает эту болезнь от синусита (см. ниже).

Суммарная клиника:
1. Агалаксия, отсутствие выделения молока
2. Анорексия (отсутствие аппетита, отказ от еды)
3. Боль при глубокой пальпации живота
4. Гематология: удлинение капилярного времени
5. Дегидратация
6. Дистензия живота
7. Интраабдоминальные массы
8. Колики, абдоминальная боль
9. Кровавые фекалии, гематохезия
10. Ксеростомия, сухость во рту
11. Лихорадка, патологическая гипертермия
12. Невозможность встать
13. Отек в области таза или перинеума
14. Пониженные борборигмы, булькающие звуки
15. Пониженный объем фекалий, отсутствие дефекации, констипация
16. Потеря телесного веса
17. Похудение, кахексия, общее истощение
18. Пролепс ректума
19. Слабый, нитевидный пульс
20. Тахикардия, увеличенная ЧСС
21. Тенезм. потуги
22. Увеличенная частота дыхательных движений, полипнея, тахипнея, гиперпнея
23. Угнетенность (депрессия, летаргия)
24. Холодная кожа, уши, конечности

ЛЕЧЕНИЕ, РАЗВИТИЕ И ПРОГНОЗ

Лечение.
Назначают антибиотики, обезболивающие средства и противовоспалительные ректальные свечи.
