ЭТИОПАТОГЕНЕЗ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ

Определение.
Затруднения при родах, возникающие вследствие различных нарушений у самки (слабый родовые потуги, недостаточное раскрытие родовых путей или аномалий состояния плодов (неправильное положение в матке, чрезмерное увеличение массы плода), называют дистокией.

Породы.
Дистокию часто отмечают у собак маленьких пород, карликовых шпицев, брахиоцефалов (бульдоги) и ожиревших самок.

Характеристики.
Дистокия проявляется в невозможности самостоятельного родоразрешения при наличии признаков родов.

Слабая родовая деятельность.
Под этим понимают такое явление, при котором изгоняющие силы родовой деятельности недостаточны для выхода плода из полости матки.
Сокращение матки может быть слабым или же длиться очень короткий промежуток времени, или между отдельными сокращениями матки происходит очень продолжительный интервал, или, наконец, действие брюшного пресса не подкрепляет сокращения матки.

Первичная слабость родовых схваток,
Этиопатогенез.
Возникает вследствие гиподинамии животного, дегенеративного перерождения мышечной стенки матки и т. п.

Клинические признаки.
Роды начинаются слишком слабыми схватками, маточный зев атоничен, при пальпировании нет сокращения стенок матки.

ЛЕЧЕНИЕ, РАЗВИТИЕ И ПРОГНОЗ

Лечение.
Введение окситоцина в сочетании с атропином.

Вторичная слабость родовых схваток,
Лечение.
Отдых 1-2 ч, теплое питье. Далее стимулируют родовую деятельность окситоцином.
