ЭТИОПАТОГЕНЕЗ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ:

ЭТИОЛОГИЯ: Ancylostoma caninum: 9-21 мм. A.brazilienze.

ПАТОГЕНЕЗ: Анкилостомы - гематофаги: механическо - травматическо - токсическо - дистрофическо - аллергическое воздействие на кишечник, кожу и весь организм.
ОСОБЕННОСТИ:
Восприимчивы: собака, кошка, серебристо-серая лиса.
Виды заражения:
- пер осе: 14-16 дней - созревание.
- перкутуальное: гемо-пульмо-трахео-энтеральная миграция в рамках 12-30 дней.
- трансмамарно-интраутеринное: относится для A.caninum

Локализация: двенадцатиперстная кишка и тонкий кишечник.

Суммарная клиника:
1. ржавый цвет шерсти,
2. бледность слизистых,
3. вес ниже нормы,
4. гематогезия, темно окрашенные фекалии,
5. дегидратация,
6. диарея,
7. кровь в фекалиях,
8. мелена или едва заметные следы крови в фекалиях,
9. несвойственным для нее ихорозным запахом фекалиев,
10. общий упадок сил,
11. отставание в росте и развитии или похудение
12. рвота или регургитация.
13. тахикардия,
14. тенезм,
15. угнетенность,
16. шерсть: вздыбленная

ЛЕЧЕНИЕ:
- Tetramisol: 0.02 g кг пер ос или 7.5 -10.0 мг кг подкожно или внутримышечно
- Levamisol: пер ос: 10 мг кг
- Mebendazol: пер ос: 10 мг кг 2 дня подряд
- Fenbendazol: пер ос: 5 мг кг
Диеты: в зависимости от степени поражений: высокоэнергетийные гипоаллергические:

РАЗВИТИЕ: медленное: диарея, кахексия, истощение и смерть.

ПРОГНОЗ: благоприятный при правильном лечении по схеме, учитывающей особенности жизненного цикла паразита.
