САРКОПТОЗ (SARCOPTOSIS):

ЭТИОПАТОГЕНЕЗ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ:

ЭТИОЛОГИЯ: Sarcoptes scabiei canis - размеры: 205-470 140-345 микрометра.

ПАТОГЕНЕЗ: механическое повреждение кожи и токсическое воздействие на весь организм в результате отделения слюны паразита и продуктов его жизнедеятельности. Локализация ходов паразита в Stratum germinativum и подкожном слое вызывает сильное раздражение нервных окончаний, выраженное сильным зудом, который сопровождается серозно-клеточной инфильтрацией с локальными скоплениями лейкоцитов и лимфоцитов.
Клинически выражается пустулезом, струпьями, загрязнениями и гнойным пиодермитом. Аллергизирование ведет к изменениям в крови: эозинофилия, эритропения и гипогемоглобулинемия. Кахексия и смерть- крайне тяжелые возможные осложнения.

Заражение: при прямом или косвенном контакте: инвентарь, посуда.

13. Лимфаденопатия
14. Потеря веса
15. Пруритус, зуд
16. Сухость кожи и шерсти,
17. Трещины кожи
18. Угнетенность
19. Чешуйки,

САРКОПТОЗ (SARCOPTOSIS):
ЛЕЧЕНИЕ, РАЗВИТИЕ И ПРОГНОЗ:

- Diazinon 1 1000 - наружно, по схеме
- Ivermectin по схеме
- Benzoyl-peroxid - шампуни с содержанием этого препарата.

РАЗВИТИЕ: возможны следующие осложнения:
- пиодермит
- аллергия
- ухудшение общего состояния

ПРОГНОЗ:
- при легких инвазиях и своевреминном лечении - благоприятный
- при сильных инвазиях - сомнительный к неблагоприятному.
